You must print out the ticket with detailed orders that we send you and bring it as prove for entry.

Please don’t take screenshots of your tickets as these tend to be lower quality and may result in a delay on entry.

No, while we will always refund any photograph or autograph tickets purchased if a guest cancels, it is not our policy to refund entry tickets unless the event itself is cancelled.

Tickets can be purchased at the door if the event is not sold out. Please note that tickets purchased on the day will be more expensive. We strongly recommend pre-booking your tickets.
